Narran Australia’s newly released Portable Cleaning Laser ROD 300 AIR is a new generation, air-cooled pulsed fibre laser cleaning machine built by Narran in the Czech Republic. It has a special fibre resonator that provides cleaning with no harm to substrates. Also, ROD Lasers are suitable for cleaning a wide range of materials and metals rust, grease, paint deposits, and contaminants plus masonry.

Description
Narran ROD Lasers are a new generation portable industrial cleaning machine built by Narran in the Czech Republic. It is equipped with a special fibre pulse resonator that allows cleaning without damaging the substrates. ROD Lasers are also flexible for cleaning a wide range of hard materials even timber and dissimilar metals also removing rust, grease, paint deposits, contamination and masonry.

The scanning head of the Narran Australia ROD 300 Air is suitable for manual and robotic applications and can be installed in industrial lines. The flexible optical fibre for guiding the laser beam enables truly mobile working and cleaning even in hard-to-reach places. The laser requires a standard 230V power supply, so it can be used virtually anywhere in the field.
The Rod Laser is controlled via an industrial PLC, which allows easy storage and recall of jobs. The optimal beam energy distribution on the surface is taken care of by our own unique software, which has been tuned in many practical applications. Diode lifetime can be more than 15 years of usage.
The power, shape and beam width can be changed, even while the laser is working on the fly.
The Narran ROD 300 Air has integrated air cooling, no additional cooling equipment is needed, also equipped with Extraction attachments.
